Laughing is very good when you feel a little stress. The more you laugh, the more you release the stress. Also, Laughing is useful to lose the weight. You consume 10~40 calories when you are laughing for 10 minutes. You don't consume more laughing than walking. But, Laughing has two effects that you release the stress and lose weight.


Blood Flow
When a group of people were shown a comedy, after the screening their blood vessels performed normally, whereas when they watched a drama, after the screening their blood vessels tended to tense up and restricted the blood flow. The clip is Michael Miller who studied conducuted.

She introduces to herself and her hobby. Then, she drops in the hole when she is replying to her hobby. Hers performance is very good, but everyone didn’t know what takarazuka’s entrance exam at all. It is very interesting for me. Next, she acts real gorilla. Her performance looks like gorilla. She is walking and sitting like gorilla. Especially, her face and lower back are very alike.
